These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Tarvico Inc. (“Tarvico,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the owner and operator of Escazo. By accessing Escazo, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
2. What Escazo provides
Escazo Guardian organizes trip information, monitors available signals, and may provide alerts or suggested next steps. Escazo is not a travel agency, airline, hotel, insurer, emergency service, or replacement for official guidance.
3. Important travel disclaimer
Travel information can change without notice. Alerts may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. You remain responsible for verifying critical details with airlines, hotels, governments, emergency services, and other original sources before acting.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Escazo, interfere with its operation, access another person’s information without permission, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, evade security controls, or use the service to violate law or others’ rights.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of information and documents you submit. You grant Tarvico Inc. a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Escazo and fulfill your requests.
6. Intellectual property
Escazo, Guardian, the visual identity, software, interfaces, and related content are owned by Tarvico Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service.
7. Third-party services
Escazo may link to or rely on third-party services. Tarvico Inc. does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, policies, content, prices, bookings, or performance. Separate third-party terms may apply.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Escazo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Escazo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Tarvico Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for travel-provider actions beyond our control.
